Bunch-by-bunch Feedback Commissioning at SPEAR3

Transverse bunch-by-bunch feedback system commissioning at SPEAR3 was completed on the 21^st of April, 2014. Low-bandwidth (tens of megahertz) stripline kickers are currently used for horizontal and vertical feedback. While these striplines do limit system performance, they are sufficient to suppress low-frequency instabilities driven by the resistive wall and the ions. Diagnostic capabilities of the systems have also been explored, including beam transfer function measurements and bunch tune tracking.
